01. Standard License

Scope

Each purchase of a Product (mockup) marketed by the Seller includes a non-exclusive usage license under the conditions described below. The default License is the Standard License.

The License is granted only once the T&Cs have been accepted (available on the dedicated page) and the price has been fully paid by the Client.

Licensee’s Rights

The licensee who has purchased a Product with a Standard License from the Seller has the right to:

• Use the Product for professional purposes and to showcase their own creations on their social media;
• Modify the Product (colors, filters, framing, overlay, etc.).

Licensee’s Restrictions and Obligations

This license does not allow the licensee to:

• Transfer or resell the Product, even for free;
• Redistribute, sell, or loan the image to third parties;
• Use the Product in a product offered for sale when the Product contributes to the essential value of the sold product;
• Use the Product in paid digital or printed advertisements;
• Produce physical prints of the Product (books, magazines, posters, etc.);
• Transfer their codes or identifiers to third parties (use is allowed only for a licensee);
• Use the Product to promote a similar or equivalent product;
• Use the Product to promote illegal activities, contrary to moral standards, or that could harm the Seller’s reputation in any way.

In order to make physical prints of the Product or to use it for paid advertising purposes or in the context of digital advertisements, the licensee must have subscribed to the Premium License. All possible authorized uses are specified in the Premium License.

Furthermore, the licensee undertakes to:

• Be the only natural or legal person authorized to use the Product;
• Ensure that the Product, if used to create digital products, cannot be extracted by third parties.

Territorial Scope of the License

The license is granted worldwide for digital media.

License Duration

The license is granted for the entire duration of rights protection.

Audit

Subject to reasonable notice, the Client agrees to provide the Seller with copies of samples of projects or final uses that contain Products sold under license. In addition, the Seller may, at its discretion, audit or have audited by a third party the Client’s records directly involving the use of licensed content to verify compliance with the terms of the license. If an audit reveals a violation of the license and/or the T&Cs, the Client will indemnify the Seller for any damages, including potential costs resulting from the external audit. If the Seller has reason to believe that the content is being used outside the scope of the license granted under this agreement, the Client agrees, at the Seller’s request, to provide a compliance certificate signed by a legal representative of the user’s company, in a form approved by the Seller.

Any violation of the terms of this usage license may result in legal action.

02. Extended License

Scope

The purchase of a Premium License Product (mockup) marketed by the Seller includes a non-exclusive usage license under the conditions described below.

The License is granted only once the T&Cs have been accepted (available on the dedicated page) and the price has been fully paid by the Client.

Licensee’s Rights

The licensee who has purchased a Premium License Product from the Seller has the right to:

• Use the Product for professional purposes and to showcase their own creations on their social media;
• Modify the Product (colors, filters, framing, overlay, etc.);
• Create prints of the Product for commercial purposes for the sale of their own products, including but not limited to, cards, stationery, calendars, clothing, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other medium), websites, and mobile applications;
• Use the Product in paid digital or printed advertisements;
• Produce physical prints of the Products up to a limit of 10,000 copies.

Licensee’s Restrictions and Obligations

• Transfer or resell the Product, even for free;
• Redistribute, sell, or loan the Product to third parties;
• Transfer their codes or identifiers to third parties (use is allowed only for a licensee);
• Use the Product to promote a similar or equivalent product;
• Use the Product to promote illegal activities, contrary to moral standards, or that could harm the Seller’s reputation in any way.

Furthermore, the licensee undertakes to:

• Be the only natural or legal person authorized to use the Product;
• Ensure that the Product, if used to create digital products, cannot be extracted by third parties.

License Duration

The license is granted for the entire duration of rights protection.

In addition, the Seller may, at its discretion, audit or have audited by a third party the Client’s records directly involving the use of licensed content to verify compliance with the terms of the license.
